Leja House Care has been a successful family run rental business on La Marina since 1987. Our customers come from all over Europe, not just the UK Each individual villa is cared for as if it was our own property, we provide cleaning and home preparation, laundry service, full security checks, garden and pool maintenance.

All of our villas must be to a rental standard and equipped with the sufficient facilities in which one would Require; e.g. (Bed linen, at least 2 sets required) (Towels, both hand and bath towels etc.) We do have a standard inventory sheet which we provide to give owners an idea of what is required for rental customers looking at self catering holidays

On placing your rental property in Spain with Leja, we will provide you with a Brochure and with that is a sheet in which names the basic and minimal requirements in which your property will require.


We keep an up to date accurate record of all of our bookings. On taking a reservation we will contact you immediately informing you of the date and time scale of the fourth coming rental, we ask only that you advise us of any bookings in which you may have, your own holiday dates, friends and family, this will avoid the property being double booked. Meet & greets and airport transfers can also be arranged to make customers arrival easier All correspondence may be done via Email, Telephone or in person (should you be residing in Spain)


We must insist that we are the full carers of your rental property in Spain being solely responsible for the cleaning and laundry. Due to past experience however well intentioned some people do not clean to the required standard in which a client would expect. We must also insist this rule applies to friends and family visiting the property.

Many things occur around a holiday home as your management agent for your rental property in Spain we can be relied upon to help and assist and advise on any happenings.


Lejas have a team of qualified, legal tradesman, e.g. Electricians, Plumbers, Handyman on hand should a Problem arise with the property. We prefer to work with our team knowing that the quality, reliability and professionalism of their work.


Our yearly management fee of 300.00 Euros is for administration purposes and allows for a multitude of events and services in which we provide to our owners in which are not ordinarily charged separately. The fee also covers operating costs and over heads e.g. Telephone calls, Faxes, Emails and all other office expenses. One would be surprised how many times we are called out on a daily basis to assist the customer, reasons being to purchase a gas bottle and to fit this, to assist the client on how the water heaters work, gas / electric boilers, to show the client how the satellite TV boxes work, to change light bulbs etc. The annual fee will be deducted on the 1st of January (annually) this will be applied to your account as a debit.

All bank transactions and rental monies will be dealt with in Euros.

Wear and tear is inevitable to a rental property so owners must accept this could happen
