FOR ALL LEJA VILLA RENTAL OWNERS

We do offer a pool cleaning / maintenance service as well as a garden tidying service.

To maintain pool all year round, to include chlorine etc and all other chemicals

Any repair work is a separate charge, the owners will be advised before any work has taken place

Damaged multipoint, pump motor blown, skimmers, leaks, sand replacement etc

Owners however would be responsible for providing:

1 extendable pole with Brush & Net

Chlorine, chemicals, etc & test kits etc are provided by pool cleaners

GENERAL GARDEN MAINTENANCE

Clipping back plants, bushes etc of the garden. Washing down the garden from dirty rain, general dust and debris.

THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE DAILY WATERING OF PLANTS OR TALL PALM TREES OR BIG TREES HANGING OVER FROM AJOINING GARDENS OR GREEN AREAS

BEFORE ALL RENTALS THROUGHOUT THE YEAR:

 For the ‘Arranging” of your garden / pool area, tidying & cleaning of the sun lounges / patio equipment / BBQ area clean down grease, removal of coal, Removal of inflatable’s etc.

This is required also after dirty rain, spilt drinks, discarded cigarette butts, tidy sun loungers etc
