Basic Rental Information

Arrivals:

On the day of your arrival you may enter the property at 16:00 hours unless other / prior arrangements have been made.

The property must be vacated no later 11:00 hours on the day of your departure.

All rental clients must come by the office on arrival to check in unless other / prior arrangements have been made.

Please bring with you your confirmation details and your passport / identity cards of everyone staying at the property. We require scanned copies of each party member (minors included)

An information brochure can be found in the accommodation.

Key collection and meet and greet will be arranged a day or so prior to arrival.

Basic welcome packs are available on request for arrivals after 21.00 only. (this is an extra charge)

Accommodation:

The property is to be occupied by the number of persons stated on your on your booking form ONLY. The number of persons (adults & children ) must not exceed the number of sleeping places indicated on the web page / online booking form. The Substitution of persons during the rental period is forbidden and may result in the termination of your accommodation, we reserve the right to allow customers into the villa unless by previous agreement, (There will be an 50 Euro charge per person if the above request is ignored.)

All properties are furnished and equipped to the wishes of the owner and are within the standard for rental purposes for Spanish villa rentals
Should a property not have an item in which is seen necessary then this item will be brought by us and delivered to you or if you bring us the receipt we will reimburse you the money

Should the property not have an item that you personally require, this has to be purchased by yourself and can be left in the property for the next guests or can be thrown away on departure
It is impossible for ourselves and owners to know each customers own requirements for self catering holidays
Any furnishings in which have been moved or altered during your stay must be replaced to its original location as found on entry.

On departure please make sure all beds are stripped and the dirty linen /towels are put in the bath / shower.

All rubbish is taken and thrown in the containers

Would you kindly ensure that no washing up is left & the cooker/oven is wiped down & cleaned after use please. Would you please ensure that BBQs are cleaned and tidied after use. (This is very important to us, thank you)

Failure to inform us that you have pets will result in a charge of 100.00 Euros and a further 100.00 Euros if we also have to clean up after them and your departure. As we know there a lots of people allergic to animals and will get a reaction and also not all property owners accept pets either

Deposits:

A 300.00 Euro payment is what is required to secure the property for your requested dates. This acts as a booking deposit to confirm the property and then acts as a security deposit during your stay. Once the property has been checked after your departure this will then be returned to you by transfer

Payments:

Full payment of the rental property must reach us within 1 month before your holiday is due to begin, failure to do so could result in the loss of your accommodation of your Spanish villa rental.

On short notice bookings payments must be made in full immediately or on arrival if arrangements have been made.
Bank details will be given to arrange transfers of rental booking payments.

Form of payment can only be: Cash, card or bank transfer (UK &/or Spanish account)

COVID-19:

Should you book a property with us during the pandemic and are unable to travel due to government restrictions / lockdowns then any deposits paid will be returned.

Should you book a property with us during the pandemic and are unable to travel due to your own personal choice then all we can do is put it to the owner. The decision solely lies with them. We know all countries governments seem to be changing the rules by the week which doesn’t help anyone so please find out as much information as you can before looking to travel

During the pandemic customers can pay the villa balance on arrival in cash or by card if they wish

Booking form:

All bookings must have a booking form even though they might have booked through another party, this helps us with same day change overs, arrival & departure times etc.

Long term Stays:

Long term rentals are available on a number of our properties.
The description of the word “long term” can imply a rental for a minimum of 3 months to indefinitely.
We do offer villas in which include electric & water in the monthly price, this will depend on the period of the rental and the property.

A minimum deposit of 500 Euros is required (this is a returnable deposit returned when vacating the property and the property is found to be in the same condition as when entering.)
We also require 1 months rent in advance.

Should you be renting a property with its own pool please bear in mind that the pool has to be maintained monthly and this could affect your utility bills due to extra water and electric being used. You are liable for the full amount of the said bills

Customers on long stay lets are notified that they accept rental of the property as “sight seen”. Properties are furnished and equipped to the wishes of the owner and are within the standard for rental purposes. The properties will have at least the basics. If that isn’t the case then items will be bought by us & left in the villa. Should customers require any further items that the villa does not have then it is up to the customer to accept this or buy them to be left in the villa, take with them or throw them away after use. As we all have different cultures from our home land it is impossible to have every little home comfort.
