KITCHEN: An independent “American” kitchen offering an electric Oven / hob, fridge freezer.

Exterior stairs lead up onto a sun solarium with sea views and views of Tabarca island.
The apartment also benefits from a communal swimming Pool.
Only Long Stay Rental:
Refundable security deposit: 500.00 Euros.

INCLUDING TV (currently spanish TDT).
AN ADDITIONAL FEE WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE END OF STAY CLEAN AND LAUNDRY ON THE COMPLETION OF THE LONG TERM RENTAL.
