Winter rental:
Refundable security deposit: 600.00 Euros (For winter rentals).

Winter rental: 600.00 Euros (minimum 3 months).

Excluding Electric & Water.

Including: TV/WIFI, Pool maintenance.

AN ADDITIONAL FEE WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE END OF STAY CLEAN AND LAUNDRY ON THE COMPLETION OF THE LONG TERM RENTAL.
