For example, availability pending, minimum 10 nights to maximum of 31 nights is 1200.00 euros in April or minimum 10 nights or 31 nights in July and or August is 1500.00 Euros. The price is the same regardless of the duration of your occupancy within that period. This is on a first come first serve basis also since the property cannot have different guests even though dates might be available.
