Step One - Enter your details and preferred holiday choicesWe will respond by email with a provisional booking, subject to availability. Once your travel arrangements are made, you can confirm the dates or advise of any changes. Then you can validate your booking by remitting your deposit cheque. We will require a deposit within 7 days to secure the booking. |
Once you have made an initial 'no-obligation' booking enquiry, we can confirm availability of the property, answer any queries and help finalise your holiday booking.
Remember:
Unlike many other companies we DO NOT charge extra if you arrive out of normal hours.
Payment options:

Full payment details will be included in our email response.
We will also require a £100 bond to be paid at the same time as the balance to insure against any damages or breakages to the property. This will be returned to you if everything is satisfactory and once the keys have been returned to us.
We are a established British Company operating from Spain for over 20 years, most of our transactions are dealt with in Euros. If you have asked to be dealt with in Pounds Sterling then your balance must be payed to our UK sterling account before arrival. If you have asked to be dealt with in Euros then you may pay upon arrival.

Step Three - Cancellation
Cancellation must be made in writing either by recorded delivery letter or email requesting a "read receipt" to ensure receipt by us.
Cancellation before payment of the balance results in loss of deposit only. Cancellation after receipt of balance results in loss of whole amount.
As you know the deposit is 50 pound booking deposit and 100 pound returnable key deposit.
Due to the current exchange rate problems customers who are paying in EUROS pay 150 pound security deposit with the full balance to paid on arrival, no booking deposit so please note that the above terms on cancellation still apply
